Are the punch-lists complete? We will help ensure that the contractors follow through with their contractual obligations, even after settlement. Have you received all of the warranty documentations that are due to you from the builder? Have you been given a training on your equipment, such as the water heater or how to control your HVAC system? etc. etc. We will also help you develop a path to adequately address any problems that may arise after construction is complete.
